Returns and Exchanges

• Returns/exchanges can only be made on full price merchandise that are in their original condition. All tags must be attached and garment must be returned in it's original polybag.

• Returns/exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

• We will only provide shipping labels for damages and exchanges. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• All sale items can be returned for store credit only.

Shipping Policy

• Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Any orders created late Friday through Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
• Shipping is available for continental US only (This excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
• Shipping is free on all orders over $150.00. This will automatically be applied at checkout.
• We ship USPS Priority Mail, all orders should be received within 2-4 business days.
• We will send you a confirmation and tracking information email once your items have shipped and are on the way.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes, you can. We want you to have complete satisfaction when shopping with us. That is why we provide a 14-day return and exchange policy on most items. Click the Shipping and Returns at the bottom of the page for more information.

When can I expect my refund?

We will provide a refund immediately upon the return of the product. However, bank providers may take 3 to 10 business days to process the refund into the original mode of payment.
