Returns and Exchanges

• Returns/exchanges can only be made on full price merchandise that are in their original condition. All tags must be attached and garment must be returned in it's original polybag.

• Returns/exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

• There is a restocking fee of $10 for each order returned.

• All sale items can be returned for store credit only.

• Minuet Apparel reserves the right to limit or refuse service to customers that show excessive return activity, this includes:

1. $3,000 worth of returns in a 12-month period, combined with a return rate of 80% or more
2. $1,500 worth of returns in a 6-month period, combined with a return rate of 80% or more

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Any orders created late Friday through Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Shipping is available for continental US only (This excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).

Shipping is free on all orders over $150.00. This will automatically be applied at checkout.

When making a return, there will be a $10 restocking fee applied. For more information on returns, please visit our Returns/ Exchanges page.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes, you can. We want you to have complete satisfaction when shopping with us. That is why we provide a 14-day return and exchange policy on most items. Click the Shipping and Returns at the bottom of the page for more information.

When can I expect my refund?

We will provide a refund immediately upon the return of the product. However, bank providers may take 3 to 10 business days to process the refund into the original mode of payment.
